Workspaces

Workspaces allow you to organize and group your concepts into seperate spaces to reduce clutter. DesignSvn allows you to create multiple workspaces, it would be ideal to create a new workspace when commencing work on a new project. Once completed, workspaces can be archived.

What ever size your artwork may be, DesignSvn will store the full-sized original preview of your artwork on our system. This full-sized preview can be used to view your artwork in detail the way it's supposed to be done.

Share Concepts

DesignSvn easily allows users to share their artwork without having the need to email them or uploaded them elsewhere. Every time a new concept is created on your account, DesignSvn will automatically generate a short-custom URL that can be shared with anyone you want.

Manage design Revisions

Every time a new revision is uploaded, DesignSvn keeps track of these revisions and allows you to manage them. A history of revisions allows users to view previous works, revert back to a previous revisions and toggle their status to indicate their approval.

Add Notes and Comments

Collaboration is one of DesignSvn's main features, the application allows users to easily annotate their artwork visually by leaving short notes containing comments or feedback.

Manage Permissions

A flexible permissions system enables administrators to manage individual permissions by restricting their access to a limited number of workspaces. Administrators can also restrict the way a user interacts with the system by enabling and disabling certain features.
